Valentina Langella is the Impact manager of the consultancy team in ALTIS, Postgraduate School of Business and Society of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, where she specialized in the study and support of profit and non-profit organizations to evaluate, measure and communicate their socio-economic impacts, as part of their corporate sustainability strategy.

She has developed her PhD research on the theme of Social Impact working in the international context, obtaining several positive results, such as, for example, the organization of the first conference outside the United Kingdom of the then SROI Network (now Social Value International), in 2014. Just from that conference, through the good relations established with different subjects that in Italy dealing with social impact, it was created the Italian Social Value network.

Over the years in her role, she carried out applied research, consultancy and teaching activities. She had the opportunity to participate in several conferences and publish academic and non-academic papers and for several years she has been teaching in some Masters and executive courses at ALTIS.
