Priscilla Boiardi is Policy Analyst in the Private Finance for Sustainable Development team at the OECD. Priscilla’s work focuses on the impact of blended finance and innovative financial instruments. She led the creation of the OECD UNDP Impact Standards for Financing Sustainable Development and is working on a wide range of initiatives, in particular policies and standards that governments can adopt to maximise the impact of their investments made in sustainable development. Priscilla sits on a number of EC project selection committees, on the Methodology Committee of Social Value International (SVI) and on the Advisory Board of the Social Impact Agenda for Italy (SIA). Before joining the OECD, Priscilla was Research and Policy Director at EVPA (the European association of venture philanthropists and impact investors), leading the research, policy, training and dissemination activities, supported by the European Commission.
