Krunoslav Karlovcec works at Slovenian Ministry of Economic Development and Technology in the Entrepreneurial Unit of Internationalisation, Entrepreneurship and Technology- Department.

He was employed in the Social Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives and Economic Democracy Unit of the same Ministry in 2014-2016. 

His current work area entails business transfer activities and coordination of local one-stop-shops. He is Slovenian representative in the Single Market Programme and Europe's programme for SMEs of the European Commission (SMP/COSME) and Slovenian deputy delegate of OECD's Committee of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Entrepreneurship.

He was engaged in the Policy White Paper workstream of PLP: Putting Stakeholders in the Center: A Global Research and Feedback Initiative About Applying Best Practices for Measuring and Managing Social and Environmental Impact.
