Irene has over 15 years’ experience working in and for the public sector. As researcher, evaluator and auditor, she has worked on many European and national initiatives in the area of migration, social inclusion and active labour market policies. At the OECD since 2017, she has contributed to several publications on development cooperation, impact investing and the social economy. In the framework of the OECD Global Action “Promoting social and solidarity economy ecosystems”, she is currently leading the work on social impact measurement.
