Fiorenza Lipparini

Fiorenza Lipparini is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at PlusValue, an advisory company working side by side with private and public changemakers that want to generate profit by driving the green, digital and social transition.
She has extensive experience in urban regeneration projects in Italy and the UK, with a focus on public-private partnerships and place-based innovation. She leads the work on ecosystem analysis and stakeholder engagement, managing a broad network of organisations and experts around shared innovation outcomes. She is regularly consulted by the European Commission on innovation (social and technological) and socio-economic development.
Since 2021 she is Member of the National Council of the Third Sector reporting to the Italian Ministry of Employment, and Vice President of the Global Institute for Innovation Districts (GIID). Since 2020 she is part of the technical support team working with the 21 Italian municipalities funded by the Social Innovation Fund promoted by the Italian Cabinet Office, and Research Fellow at UCL’s Institute of Finance and Technology. Before founding PlusValue, Fiorenza worked for The Young Foundation as EU policy senior analyst and for Intesa Sanpaolo in Brussels. Fiorenza has a PhD in Linguistics and a degree in Humanities from the University of Trento.
