Speakers

Filippo Montesi graduated in Development Economics at University of Florence and in International Business at Pompeu Fabra University. He worked in international cooperation, providing consultancy services for UNCTAD, FAO and other international organizations in the formulation, management and evaluation of projects and programmes in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.

At the Human Foundation he is a senior advisor, providing support to financial institutions and social enterprises in managing their impact. He is particularly interested in advancing and mainstreaming impact measurement practices in financial and entrepreneurial activities to tackle societal challenges.

In addition, he manages Social Impact Agenda per l'Italia, the Italian network of impact finance, which belongs to the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment.

Filippo is also a member of Social Value International and is an Accredited Practitioner and Trainer on SROI assessment.
